Terms and Conditions
Payments – your payments are fully protected by Paypal so you can shop with confidence. PayPal takes all major cards for easy shopping online, you do not need a PayPal account.
Delivery
Free Delivery means UK, and is either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard which takes approximately 1-3 days and we always obtain proof of posting. Your purchases will be dispatched the same or next business day of your order being received. Should you wish to track your goods, please email us stating which postal service you would prefer. A Paypal invoice can then be emailed to you to cover the cost. Alternative services are: Next Day Special Delivery (Before 9am or Before 1pm), or 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take 1-2 days longer than standard.
Overseas Delivery
We are happy to send goods overseas, and we are sorry but we must make a charge for tracking and delivery. Overseas orders over £15
will need to be tracked and there will be a charge of £5 for this. A Paypal
invoice will be sent to cover the cost of tracking although we will pay the
standard airmail postage. For PayPal you do not need a PayPal account.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will notify you by email the same day, although we endeavour to remove out-of-stock items as soon as they sell out.
Returns
We understand that buying clothes online can be difficult. We offer a number of clothing brands, all will have a slightly different cut or sizing system. To make it easier for you to choose your perfect size we have tried to provide size charts for each brand.
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item when you have received it we will be happy to offer a full refund. Goods can be returned for a full refund, including delivery charge, if they are faulty or in the unlikely event that the wrong item has been despatched. We carefully check each item before sending so we can reassure you that faulty goods are a rare occurrence. Instructions will be given for returns on your delivery note.
Returns conditions:
- Please let us know if you wish to return any unsuitable items as soon as possible or at least within 7 days.
- All returns must be dispatched within 14 days of receiving your goods. If the purchase is a Christmas gift then please let us know at time of purchase and returns will be accepted until 7th January 2010.
- Please email sales@jentasport.com to let us know which items you will be returning.
- Items must be unused, unmarked and still have their original packaging intact. This includes swing tags and labelling, lens protectors etc as we must be able to resell them. If the item is not in excellent condition then we may have to return the item to you at your own expense.
- Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
- The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount.
Our privacy policy
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.
By using Paypal to process our online payments we do not receive your financial details, they are secure with Paypal (read Paypal’s privacy policy).
